What size do you need? We offer several standard sizes, such as 55"w x 36"h for full-coverage charts of the continental USA and 36"x36" for our Square Charts. Each chart is a custom design, so we can typically accommodate most any size request. If you like, put us to the test! Wall size or billboard size –no problem, we'll get it done.
We strive to deliver most items within two weeks, although some items may take a bit longer. Each chart is made to order, so please be patient while we work to get it done just right. Seasonal and volume delays may occasionally impact delivery time, but typically only by a few days.
Charts are available on a variety of media. Our Standard Version prints are on a 7mil thickness heavier-weight semi-gloss paper. It is a durable, heavier weight paper – frequently used for posters, brochures, flyers, etc. Wood Charts are on a 1/2" thick piece of Maple. Framed Charts are printed on photographic paper with a lustre surface. Metal Print and Acrylic Mounted vary per the job specifications but typically are 1/8"-1/4" in thickness.
Presently we are only working with charts produced by the FAA. Keep checking in though, for we plan to expand our offering of products and services as we continue to grow.
Absolutely! We are currently developing new products and plan to introduce options that feature Sectional Charts in the near future. Should you need a custom designed Sectional or other Navigational chart then please contact us. We enjoy being challenged with new projects and finding the solution that best suits the assignment.
No, no, no. Most charts are delivered rolled and carefully packaged in a sturdy mailing tube. Framed items, Wood, Fabric, and Acrylic Mounted Prints are boxed in a manner that provides thorough protection against damage. Shipping of some larger items that require special packaging material and oversize charges from the carrier will result in additional shipping charges. You will be informed of such costs prior to order approval.
Please understand that due to the custom nature of your product, we are unable to accept returns. We strive to make everything just right and rarely have unsatisfied customers. However, kindly allow us to borrow a phrase from our flight attendant friends, "in the unlikely event" that your order is damaged during delivery or contains errors on our behalf, we are happy to make exceptions.
